Twinwall Drainage Pipe

TPS stock and supply Twinwall Drainage Pipe made from HDPE plastic. Twinwall pipe has a high strength to weight ratio, plus the flexibility to resist high traffic loads. The outer wall is corrugated providing excellent structural strength which reduces the possibility of on-site damage. The inner wall has a smooth seamless finish to assist hydraulic flow. The design unlike traditional single-wall pipe prevents silt accumulation.

Twinwall pipe is available as solid (unperforated) and perforated (filter drain). 

Ideal for gravity surface water and stormwater drainage applications this pipe is used for Highway filter and carrier drains, Rail Track Drainage, Golf Course Land Drainage, Catchpits and Land Reclamation projects. Available in black as standard.

Twinwall Fittings & Accessories

TPS offer a broad range of Twinwall fittings and accessory products that are quick and efficient to use and suitable for several applications. A wider range of pre-fabricated fittings for 375Ø, 450Ø, & 600Ømm pipe are also available on request.

Twinwall Bends

Bends are available in 15°, 30°, 45°, and 90° angles and in varying lengths 150-300mm. Larger fabricated sizes available on request.

Twinwall Couplers

Couplers join twinwall pipes together and are supplied as standard, as well as being available seperately.

Ring Seals

Seals ensure a waterproof and secure connection and are supplied as standard with solid (unperforated) pipe, as well as being available seperately.

Adaptors

Adaptors connect 110mm/160mm single wall sewer to 150, 225 & 300mm twinwall pipe. Larger fabricated sizes available on request

Wyes

TPS supply a range of equal and unequal wyes (junctions) which range in size from 150mm to 375mm. They have equal and unequal diameter sockets in a range of sizes. Larger fabricated sizes available on request.

Tees

TPS supply a range of tees (junctions). They range in size from 150mm to 375mm. They have equal and unequal diameter sockets in a range of sizes. Larger fabricated sizes available on request.

Sewer Tees

Sewer Tees are used to T-off 110/160mm single wall sewer to Twinwall pipe.
