Designed for modern infrastructure, Isoclima is a flexible and reliable pre-insulated pipe system for cold and chilled water distribution in industrial and commercial projects.
At the heart of the system is a robust HDPE carrier pipe, surrounded by high-performance PUR insulation and protected by a durable PE-LLD outer casing. These layers are bonded into a solid sandwich structure, ensuring long-term performance and reliability.
The advanced polyurethane insulation delivers exceptionally low heat loss, with a lambda value of 0.021 W/m·°C maintained throughout the system’s entire lifetime — resulting in measurable energy savings and reduced operating costs.
A smooth PE-LLD outer casing enables the use of weldable HDPE joints, ensuring fast, secure, and efficient installation. Additional jointing options include butt fusion welding and clamp fittings, offering flexibility across project requirements.
